Do you know some girls 8-14 year-old girls who would benefit from FIRST LEGO League?

Girls Connect is a one-day workshop that introduces girls to LEGO Mindstorms in preparation for FIRST LEGO League. During the one-day event, girls will work with a team and learn how to build and program a LEGO robot and compete in a friendly competition at the end of the day.

New Hampshire Girls Connect, founded in 2003, has already served over 300 girls in the state of New Hampshire and helped start and fund 16 all-girl FIRST LEGO League Teams!

In New Hampshire, 19.2% of 2002 FLL participants were girls and, in 2003, just 5 months after the first Girls Connect workshop the percentage of girls increased dramatically to 30.3%.

Introduce more girls to FIRST LEGO League, attend the 2006 UNH Girls Connect Workshop!
